Earlier today one of our upstream suppliers experienced an issue within their core network. This issue has since been resolved. Here are the details of the outage:

Service Impact: All DSL services terminating in our Sydney LAC
Duration: 51 minutes
Start Date & Time: 01/08/2012 11:09am
Finish Date & Time: 01/08/2012 11:50am

We see normal numbers back on the network, however if you have been experiencing issues since the outage, please perform an extended power cycle (Turning off the modem for 30 minutes). If this process fails, please contact your local IT specialist like normal.
