An issue was identified in the Optus Wholesale network where specific IP address prefixes were not being redistributed to international peers. What this meant for SACKO customers, was that any connection using a ‘210.79.X.X’ IP address had limited connectivity to the world.
Our own monitoring saw normal behaviour return at about 3:10pm AEST. We are still awaiting official resolution from our upstream providers, but the issue appears resolved thus far.
