An unscheduled outage has occurred due to an access port failure within the network of one of our upstream providers.
The providers technicians are actively working on the issue as top priority, and is affecting more than just SACKO and its customers.
The issue started at approximately 14:00 AEST, and causes a loss of connectivity to most parts of the internet.
Although at this time, the issue seems to have subsided, we are still awaiting restoration notification and will continue to monitor the link for further failures.
