We are excited to announce the release of several updates to improve the performance and functionality of the SACKO Business Email system on Friday the 22nd of March, 2013. Our Customer Service & Engineering teams have identified several issues that we have addressed in this upcoming maintenance release.
Impact: Users may experience brief application slowness during the maintenance window. There is no expected service outage during this maintenance, and SACKO will be monitoring all systems throughout the duration of this scheduled maintenance.
Duration: up to 4 hours between 12 noon and 4pm.
Description: This release will address numerous issues and tasks including some customer requested items.

Under certain circumstances, pressing the “send” button from the email send dialog would cause the dialog to hang. These messages now send properly.
